What it is to be angry

Admiral Edward James Olmos and Battlestar Galactica episode director Robert Young give voice to the south Louisiana residents caught up in the continuing crisis of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill

Rolling Stone has a lengthy investigative report chronicling the government's sluggish, befuddled response to the economic and ecological disasters. Ever heard of the federal Minerals Management Service agency? It's destined to become as infamous to the public as FEMA was after Hurricane Katrina.

If you haven't got one of those forwarded emails shouting let's all boycott BP, just wait a bit. Sharon Begley at Newsweek Online explains why such an knee jerk response lacks an effective focus.
